Business letter from your U.S. company
Original on company letterhead with logo and full address — no photocopies. Addressed to the Saudi Consulate. Must include your name, job title, travel purpose, cities to be visited, travel dates, visa type requested, and requested duration.

Invitation letter from your Saudi host
Must be certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Must state the host company's location and business type, your name, nationality, position, visa length, purpose, number of entries, and the host company's registration number.

Government entity exemption
Invitations from Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Ma'aden, and SAGIA do not require Chamber of Commerce certification. Bring the invitation letter and we confirm the exemption applies at our counter.

Business license copy
A copy of your current U.S. business license for the company sponsoring your travel.

Include if you have a confirmed booking. It is not required if travel dates are not yet set.

Issued by the Saudi Ministry of External Affairs, showing the Temporary Work Visa Confirmation number and the date it was issued.

Temporary work contract
A signed copy of your contract with the Saudi host company confirming your role, assignment start date, and duration.

Registered Enjaz
Your Enjaz registration must be active before the visa application can be submitted. Bring your passport and valid ID — we register it for you if needed.

Original sponsorship letter
From your Saudi host company, certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Foreign Ministry. Must include your position, the date, and the block visa number.

Notarized university degree
Validated by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission. Technical diplomas must be authenticated by the U.S. Department of State. Degrees issued outside the U.S. must also carry the signature or seal of the issuing country's U.S. Consulate. Notarization at the Saudi Consulate is $8 per page.

Signed employment contract
Executed by both the Saudi sponsor and the applicant, confirming the role, start date, and terms of employment.

Medical report
A certificate of preliminary medical advice from your country of origin or current residence.

Police clearance certificate
Legalized by the consulate, issued within the last 3 months, certifying no criminal record.

What is Enjaz and do I need it for a Saudi Arabia visa?
Enjaz is the Saudi consulate's online registration system. Every Saudi Arabia visa applicant must be registered in Enjaz before the visa application can proceed. The Enjaz registration fee is $125 per applicant, paid online. If you are not yet registered, we handle the Enjaz registration for you as part of our service — call us at (310) 402-1619 and we will get it set up.
Does the business invitation letter need Chamber of Commerce certification?
Yes for most companies — the invitation letter from your Saudi host must be certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The exception is invitations from Saudi government entities such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Ma'aden, and SAGIA, which do not require Chamber of Commerce certification. Bring your invitation letter to our counter and we will confirm whether it meets the consulate's requirements before submission.
What is the difference between the temporary work and employment visas?
The temporary work visa covers short-term assignments and requires a Ministry of External Affairs confirmation letter and a copy of your work contract with the Saudi host. The employment visa is for long-term positions and requires a notarized university degree validated by the Saudi Cultural Mission, a signed employment contract, a medical report, and a police clearance issued within 3 months.
